Customer’s AC unit doesn't cool at all. Our specialists checked vents and there wasn't any air flow. They went to the roof and found the compressor running very well and totally overfreezed.
Our technicians opened the cover and found a burned blower wheel motor. After replacing the blower wheel motor—everything was running perfectly. In addition they replaced filters on all three units and replaced belts on another unit since it made pitching noise.
