Our customer came to us with a problem: the heating and hot water system stopped working stably. The house did not warm up, the heat pump often switched off, and hot water appeared with a delay. Classic, isn’t it? We needed a quick diagnosis and restoration of the entire system.
How We Fixed It
After inspection and testing, our team found a couple of faults. Everything was in good condition, but the equipment wasn’t working properly. We reconnected nodes, updated settings, replaced some components, and restored circulation.
What we used:
– ECOer EODA18H-2436B, a heat pump
– HT-PD2B Harvest Pod, a thermopile module
– AHU-03 Air Handler, an indoor unit for heating, DHW, and cooling
– SANCO SANGS445HPCUS / SAN-119GLBK, a 119-gallon storage tank
